Eligibility

Open to all registered participants of Walkforce.

Participants must be medically fit to take part.

ULTRA and IRON challenges will have additional guidelines and terms and conditions and will be send to respective participant only.

Activity Requirement

Minimum distance per logged activity: 2 KM. (NOT applicable to ULTRA and IRON)

Any walk below 2 KM in a single activity will not be counted.

Tracking
-
Distance must be tracked using a GPS-enabled app/device and must be posted on Strava club of walkforce, click here- Strava Club

WalkForce Ultra & Iron Challenge — Mandatory Cadence Requirement, i.e. Steps per minute.

To maintain performance accuracy and ensure every stride counts, all participants must enable SPM (Steps per Minute) / Cadence tracking during their activities.

Manual entries or screenshots without GPS data will not be accepted.

Duration

Challenge must be completed within the official dates announced for each event.

Late entries beyond the closing date will not be considered.

Fair Participation
-
Participants must log genuine walking activity (no cycling, driving, or treadmill auto-recording).

Walkforce reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify suspicious activity.

Completion Criteria

Only activities meeting the minimum 2 KM requirement will be added to the challenge total. (NOT applicable to ULTRA and IRON)

Breaks between walks are allowed, but each activity should be recorded separately.

Recognition

Participants who complete the challenge as per the rules will be recognized with Walkforce completion Medals/certificates.
